Lankan shuttlers in quarter-finals

Sri Lanka qualified for the quarter finals of the ANNA Asian Badminton Tournament held in Chiba, Japan from October 29 - November 1. Achini Rathnasiri (u19) and Thilini Pramodika (u15) showed excellent skills which is a tremendous achievement for Sri Lanka during the Tournament in which 16 countries participated.

Meanwhile Lasithe Menaka and Chandrika de Silva entered the quarter finals in the mixed doubles in the Malaysian Badminton Tournament 2010 held in Malaysia from November 9 to 14 which is a marvelous performance on behalf of Sri Lanka. The tourney was held with the participation of 16 countries.
