in a good business with a fair profit. This trade complex was also
constructed in response to a request made by pavement hawkers who had no

said it is the traders’ duty to maintain a transparent system in handing
over the stalls and prevent discrimination.

Colombo district parliamentarians have been demanding for some time this
type of constructions which would benefit Colombo city residents.
