CCC congratulates President

The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce has congratulated President Mahinda Rajapaksa on his assumption of duties for the second term as President.

"The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC) as the Premier Business Chamber of the country would like to convey its warmest congratulations and best wishes to President Mahinda Rajapaksa on the occasion of the swearing-in for a second term of Presidency," the Chamber said in a statement.

The CCC is aware of the immense responsibility the President would have to shoulder in continuing the task of the post war development of the nation.

"The CCC extends its best wishes and unstinted support to President Mahinda Rajapaksa to guide the nation on a path of inclusive and sustainable socio economic development," the statement said.
