Don Bosco takes top spot

The Leaders in the Dialog Champions League Don Bosco with 33 points out played the Saunders SC 1-0. Chathura Guneratne the highest goal getter this season with a tally of 13 goals was the scorer for the winning team fining the net in the 56th minute of the game.

Prior to this game Poice team was on equal terms with 30 points but the victory by the Bosco team put them on top for the first time.

The Negombo team has completed 14 games while Policemen has 30 points only from 13 matches.

Blue Star trounce Jupiters 5 -1

The two Farzeens MAM and AWM from Blue Star SC Kalutara completely dominated and scored five goals among them to outclass Jupitors SC at Kalutara in front of thousands of home crowd.

The team from Negombo managed only a single goal. It was AWM Farzeen who scored the 3 goals in the 7th, 66th and 70th minutes while MAM Farzeen scored in the 9th and 26th minute of play.

Blue Stars led at the 3-0 at the half time.
