5 S Seminar in Sinhala

The 5S system is used by many companies, not only to establish a workplace environment that facilitates continuous improvement, but also to provide a sustained culture of discipline around standard work.

This workshop will demonstrate the finer points of developing a successful 5S program, one that will contribute to your company's profitability for years to come. At this workshop, participants will learn how to set up a 5S program that will transform the workplace, which in turn will change their attitudes and help the organization grow from strength to strength.

The seminar is conducted by Mahinda Saranapala who has approximately 40 years management experience in the private sector and was the CEO of several leading companies. He has had extensive training in management, particularly in Japanese management techniques having followed five scholarships in Japan.

His clients have won seven Gold awards at the Taiki Akimoto 5S competition conducted annually by JASTECA and several other national and international awards. The seminar will take place on October 29, from 9 am to 1 pm at the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
