Gampaha District enter under-15 final

Gampaha District reached the finals of the inter-district under 15 cricket tournament when they beat Kandy District by two wickets and now they will meet Colombo South 'B' on Thursday at Colts grounds, Colombo.

Taking the first lease, Kandy District totalled 178 for 7 with Arjuna Jayasinghe unbeaten on 52 runs. In reply Gampaha District made 181 for 8 with Ashan Duminda scoring 71 runs and Arjuna Jayasinghe claimed 4 for 40 for the visitors.
