MTI Corporate Finance IPO Forum

The event, themed IPOs : The Before and After will take an indepth look at why and how firms need to gear up for a public listing, along with how an organization lives up to the expectations of its shareholders following an IPO.

The Forum will be held on Thursday November 4, at the Crystal Room Upper, Taj Samudra Hotel.

The forum will feature corporate leaders including Ceylon Chamber of Commerce Chairman Dr Anura Ekanayake, Akbar Brothers Director Asgi Akabarally, Ernst and Young Partner Asite Talwatte, Attorney-at-Law and MTI Legal Consultant Maithri Wickremesinghe, Hemas Holdings CFO Malinga Arsakularatne, Fitch Ratings Country Head Maninda Wickremasinghe, Odel CFO Nishan Fernando, Hirdramani Finance Director Ranil Pathirana, Colombo Stock Exchange CEO Surekha Sellahewa, Brandix Lanka Group Finance Director Trevine Jayasekara and SEC Director Vajira Wijegunawardena. MTI Corporate Finance Business Lead Kapila Liyanage, MTI Associate Deshal Pandithage and MTI Associate Niroza Hussain will also be featured in the Forum.
