Thomians in massive win

S Thomas’ College, Mt Lavinia beat St Thomas’ College Bandarawela by innings and 120 runs in their inter-schools second eleven cricket match.

Visitors batting first scored 130 runs with Suranga Jayamal scoring 39 runs and in reply S Thomas’ College, Mt. Lavinia, piled up 311 for 8 with Nipuna Gamage 74 and Navod Hena Kankanamge unbeaten on 82 runs. In their secord essay visitors were shot out for 61 runs with Bashitha Jayasuriya claiming 5/14.
