Pabasara helps Richmond to 211/2

Opener Pabasara Waduge hammered a sparkling century as Richmond College, Galle hit up 211 for 2 in reply to Maliyadeva's first innings total of 263 runs on the opening day of their inter-school under 19 cricket tournament match which commenced at Kurunegala yesterday.

Waduge raced to his century from just 85 deliveries inclusive of 18 boundaries and also put on 157 runs for the first wicket along with his partner Sandaru Danthanarayana.
