London Design Festival concludes

The UK’s leading designers were among the worldwide talent showcased at the recently concluded eighth London Design Festival, a citywide event that attracted thousands of design lovers, alongside many international buyers eager to snap up the hottest names.

UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) set up three British Design Embassies around the capital to enable the best of British talent to link up with delegations from around the world.UKTI Chief Executive, Sir Andrew Cahn, visited the British Design Embassy at the festival’s hub, the Victoria and Albert Museum, on September 22.

Commenting on the festival, he said: “The UK has the largest creative industries in Europe. This festival, which incorporates over 240 events, showcases London as the best and brightest creative hub in the world.
