Tudugala to head FCCISL's international affairs
Ranjani Tudugala, an experienced officer in the export promotion
sector and former Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB) Marketing
Director who recorded a reputable service of twenty nine years from 1980
to 2009 at EDB in promoting Sri Lanka's products overseas joined the
Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL)
recently.

Her wealth of experience in identification and exploitation of export
market opportunities, dissemination of market information, organization
of export promotional programs overseas, formulation and implementation
of export marketing assistance schemes particularly for SMEs, liaison
with Sri Lanka's missions overseas to promote Sri Lankan products,
implementation and operation of Sri Lanka Trade Centres overseas,
involvement in bilateral and regional trade agreements, organization of
Presidential Export Award ceremonies made her posting in many key and
senior positions in the EDB during her tenure of service.
Assistant Director - Projects, Assistant Director - Product
Development, Deputy Director - Marketing were some of the posts held by
her, prior to be the Director Marketing at the EDB.
She also has worked as a Development Officer in the Industrial
Development Board in mid 1970s.
With all her expertise in the overseas promotion work, she will no
doubt help in fulfilling FCCISL's commitment in strengthening the
international business of Sri Lankan entrepreneurs. |
