Underworld leaders arrested

Two underworld gang leaders named as Ratmalana Chutiputha and Delgoda Podde were arrested by Mount Lavinia Police in a raid conducted at Rathdolugama, Seeduwa on Sunday and recovered Rs. 500,000 worth jewellery and furniture purchased using the money robbed. Police also recovered a hand grenade.

The two gang leaders are alleged to have committed robberies and a murder in the Colombo District.
