SME 2010 concludes successfully

SME 2010 Machinery Exhibition which was organized by the Project SMED, a Project of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL) and Friedrich Naumann Foundation for SME development, was successfully held from August 27 to 29 at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Exhibition and Convention Hall, BMICH, Colombo.

The exhibition showcased SME-related machinery, accessories, new technology and services under one roof offered by eighty Sri Lankan and four Indian companies. The theme of the exhibition was Technology for Rural Development.

The main objective of the exhibition was to create an effective platform for existing and potential entrepreneurs to acquire new technology, know-how and support services available in the country and the region which can be used to develop new and value added products.

FCCISL announced the date of the SME 2011 Machinery Exhibition as June 10 to 12, 2011 at BMICH, Colombo.
