Ascot gets CSE nod

Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved the application submitted by Ascot Holdings PLC and its partners to establish stock brokering firm. The company said the application has been given provisional approval.

The brokering firm which is to be incorporated is also required to apply and obtain the stock brokering licence from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka, the company said.
