Presentation on Hambantota development

A presentation on ‘Hambantota the air, sea hub’ will held on September 9 at Temple Trees from 9.30 to 11.30 am.

The presentation is for senior executives in the private sector. The main objective of this event is to educate the private sector on the on- going development projects in the country and business opportunities available for them.

Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunga, Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) Chairman Dr. Priyath Bandu Wickrama, External Affairs Minister Prof. G.L. Peiris, Airport and Aviation Services Chairman Prasanna Wickramasuriya, Urban Development Authority (UDA) Chairman Janaka Warnakulasuriya and Central Bank Governor Ajith Nivard Cabraal will speak on important topics during the presentation.

‘From the least developed infrastructure in 2005 to the Modern city of Hambantota’, ‘Hambantota Port the first in the world to be constructed inland’,’ Constitutional Reform and Economic Development’ and ‘The Macro Economic picture’ are some of the topics that will be discussed at the presentation.
