Three LTTE suspects remanded

Three LTTE suspects involved in the air and land strike at the Anuradhapura Air Force base in 2007 were ordered to be remanded by Anuradhapura Chief Magistrate Darshika Wimalasiri.

The CID reported to Court that evidence and reports for the inquiry are still being processed. The Magistrate directed the CID to speed up process.

Thirteen Air Force personal and LTTE cadres died in the attack.
