Sri Lanka Design Festival in November

Sri Lanka Design Festival, a national event which is dedicated to the
creative arts of Sri Lanka and their advancement will be held from
November 11 to 17. The Festival will be initiated by Mas Intimates.

The objective of the event is to engage Sri Lanka’s creative
community with a specifically invited global audience that includes
global fashion giants, sustainable design gurus and prospective
investors for the country.
Promoting Sri Lankan youth designers and upholding fashion, design
and youth culture across many aspects are other aims related to this
project.
MAS has been striving to create opportunities for Sri Lankan
designers to prove their talents and promote Sri Lanka not only as a
manufacturing destination but as a destination which is capable catering
designs and delivery solutions.
The final aspiration of the seven day program will be to work towards
a future where Sri Lanka would be the hub for ethical fashion. |
