Cambrians win by seven wickets

A stylish knock of 65 runs by Sri Lanka Schools under 15 skipper Kusal Mendis helped Prince of Wales College to beat Dharmasoka College, Ambalangoda by seven wickets to register their fifth successive win in the second round to emerge group leaders in their inter-school under 15 division one cricket tournament match played at Moratuwa.

Sokians batting first were all out for 138 runs and Cambrians scored the required runs for the loss of three wickets.

Dharmasoka 138 in 40.1 overs (Isuru Thilina 36, Jayanga Peiris 3 for 16, Shanaka Vithanage 3 for 32).

Prince of Wales 139 for 3 in 30.2 overs (Kusal Mendis 65, Dulanjana Mendis 25 n.o., Vikum Chanaka 2 for 23).
