Minister monitors A-L exam preparedness

Education Minister Bandula Gunawardena visited Monday Visakha Vidyalaya and Lumbini Vidyalaya Colombo which are coordinating centres for the GCE A-L Examination.

The Minister discussed matters relating to the examination with officers in charge of examination centers and the invigilators. The Minister said around 269,000 students including the North and the East sit for the examination and the Commissioner of Examinations has taken measures to deliver question papers islandwide on schedule.

Commissioner of Examinations Anura Edirisinghe also joined the Minister.
