Ramazan begins

The Colombo Grand Mosque announced the beginning of the Holy month of Ramazan from yesterday.

Colombo Grand Mosque General Secretary Nazushan Hassen stated that reliable evidence of sighting of the New Moon was received yesterday evening. It was, therefore, decided to complete the month of SHA'BAN, as 29 days.
