Danuna's grandmother's case fixed for Dec 1

Colombo Fort Magistrate and Additional District Judge Lanka Jayaratne yesterday fixed the trial against Danuna Tillakeratne's grand mother Elan Wimala Tillakeratna, for December 1, 2010.

Danuna Tillakeratne is the son in law of General Sarath Fonseka. She is charged with harbouring Tillakeratne, wanted by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in connection with several cases.

She informed the Judge that her senior counsel is out of the country and moved for a date.
