New nursing appointments

Appointments to nursing trainees of the 2006 A batch will be given on July 16, said Public Services United Nurses' Union President Ven. Muruttetutuwe Ananda Thera in a press release yesterday.

He also refuted rumours that transfers made by the Transfer Board had been cancelled. New appointments and transfers will take place as officially announced, he added.
