Suspects bite police in escape attempt

Two suspects have bitten three Policemen attempting to flee from their grip when they attempted to arrest the two on suspicion of burglary.

The suspects were needed by the Balagolla Police for several robberies and had to arrest them after a struggle as they tried to flee.

One Policeman was admitted to hospital. Further investigations are being conducted by Balagolla Police OIC CI Premachandra.
