Marichchasana
Sit on the ground. Stretch the right leg forward. Fold the left leg
and place the left foot on the right thigh. See the picture.
Bring the right hand from the back and clutch it with the left hand.
Look forward and breathe. Be in this position for 10 seconds. Make sure
your body should be straight.
Practise this to the other side as well in the same way.

this asana.
This asana was named after its founder guru Marichchi as a mark of
respect.
