Aquatic Academy meet on July 11

The Aquatic Academy Sri Lanka will be holding its first ever Annual Swimming meet on Sunday July 11 at the Thurstan College Swimming Pool at 8.30 a.m. and awards ceremony will be held at 10.00 a.m.

The main intention of hosting such an event annually is to recognize and encourage talented youngsters and to motivate them towards successful career in the future.

The Chief Guest on the occasions will be Al Haj Hashim Omar - Director Independent Television Network (I.T.N.) and guest of honour will be Maj. Gen. Dr. Dudley Perera (Retd.) USP President Thurstan College Swimming Pool Management Company and Amin Thabit Subeih the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Yemen.
