North Central Naval Command conducts medical clinic

The North Central Naval Command conducted a medical clinic at Madukarai Vidyalaya on July 3 for resettled families and civilians in Vankalai area in the Mannar district.

About 400 people, including adults and children were examined by doctors.

Medicine was provided by the Command Naval Hospital and Madukarai Government Hospital.

An eye clinic was also conducted and clinical medical reports were issued to obtain spectacles for those with eye defects.

Children were presented tooth brushes, tooth paste and soap.

Naval doctors with two civil doctors, Ward Masters and Naval medical staff were present at the clinic.
