'Religion has solutions to world's problems'

Islamic International University Qatar Vice Chancellor Dr. Dean Mohammed addressing the all island Shaeubiyya, Thareeoua conference held at Panadura Thotawatta Jumma Mosque on Friday said, the world had become unstable because the people are not following the footsteps of their religious leaders.

The Holy Quran has given the answers to most problems facing the world. Therefore the people in the world must live in peace and harmony following the footsteps of their religious leaders without involving in fights. Western Province Governor Alavi Mowlana said, the Muslims in Sri Lanka have a great record because they are living with people in the country with peace and harmony. A. H. M. Azwer MP said, the Shaeubiyya Thareeoua sector had enlightened the people of all religions in the world to live in peace and harmony.
