The Vice Chancellor, said at an academic and research institution,
the University of Kelaniya is very much concerned with the research
output of its academics. The university has always encouraged them
through various measures to enhance the quality and quantity of research
and continue to do so in the future, too.
Dr. (Mrs) R. P. Chitra Ranjani, Dean, Faculty of Commerce and
Management Studies, University of Kelaniya said that the conference
theme being ‘Researching realities on Management Phenomenon’ was
expected to focus on the diverse perspectives on business, economic and
social realities influenced by a wealth of knowledge on commerce
management, economics and information.
I strongly believe that the theme for the conference has reinforced
my faculty’s commitment towards more rounded approach in teaching and
learning, keeping in mind that human activities are related to
multi-disciplinary subjects, so any solution to our problems must come
from all these subjects. |
