IPM Guest Lecture

The Membership Development & Social Responsibilities Committee 2009/2010 of the Institute of Personnel Management(IPM) has organized an evening presentation by Major General Shavendra Silva on June 30, from 6.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. at Centre for Banking Studies, Central Bank of Sri Lanka, 58, Sri Jayewardenepura Mawatha, Rajagiriya.

This session will mainly focus on critical leadership lessons from Major General’s experiences at the war front. The main objective of this session is to give an opportunity to general public to listen Major General regarding his successful military strategies in the war front.

Also he will explain how he was able to use his professional knowledge on human resource management and leadership as a member of IPM Sri Lanka in order to make a significant contribution to our motherland, Institute of Personnel Management, Senior Vice President and Membership Development and Social Responsibilities Committee 2009/2010, Ajith R. De Costa said.
