St. Joseph's College, Colombo beat D.S. Senanayake College by 65 points to 57 in an under 15 schools all island 'A' Division Basketball quarter-final match played at Royal College courts yesterday. After leading 27 points 26 at half time.

Brendon Ktyser was the highest scorer for the winning team with 31 points and Mayantha Annesley got 12 points. Meanwhile Whiswa Fernando was the top scorer with 21 points for D.S. Senanayake. Demith Rodrigo's contribution was 12.

Fifteen schools are competing in the under 15 schools All Island Basketball Tournament.
