Puppetry in the spotlight

In a project launched by THIDORA – Theatre Institute for Disability Oriented Research and Advocacy and sponsored by Center for Poverty Analysis (CEPA), a web Site will be hosted at John De Silva Memorial Theatre on February 24 at 10.30 a.m., to help Sri Lankan Puppeteers.

Traditional puppeteers from Ambalangoda will display their talents at the event. Entry is free for all. For more information, please call Rohana Deva on 0718113515. Visit www.thidoratheatre.org for details of the institute. Sri Lankan puppeteers embraced the art of string puppetry (marionette).
