Eric excels in Karate Do Goju Kai

At the recently concluded Karate Do Goju-Kai training camp in Madras, Sri Lankan born Sensei Eric Rajakaruna graduated to 4th Dan, thus becoming the second 4th Dan Sensei in the UK. Sensei Eric Rajakaruna is now serving as the Chief Instructor for Yamaguchi Goju-Kai Karate Association in London .

His instructors and mentors in karate are Sri Lanka Chief Instructor late Shihan A.D. Jayakody and Shihan Sisira Kumara. Currently Eric is under the purview of UK instructor Shihan Tony Child. Eric is a full-time instructor in London and also teaches Karate at the Haydon School . For the past 17 years, Eric has served Yamaguchi Goju-Kai karate as an instructor in the London branch training thousands of students in the discipline and fine art of self defense. During his karate career, Eric has participated in many karate tournaments and training camps under Grand Master Goshi Yamaguchi in Japan, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Greece, Netherlands and France.

Eric's endeavor is to develop the Yamaguchi Goju-Kai karate in the UK.
