Indians dominate Asian Schools Chess
India dominated the 5th Asian Schools Chess Championships organized
by the Chess Federation of Sri Lanka at the Ceylon Continental Hotel
recently. Over 170 participants from India, Iran, Australia, Yemen,
Malaysia and Sri Lanka participated in different age groups in the
championship.
Anuttra Chandarasiri was the Champion in the under- 13 age group and
Navodya Selvaratnam Champion in the under- 15 age group girls category.
