EZY to launch one-inch computer
EZY Infotech which launched its first computer recently, the slim in
size and slim in price EZY Slim Top Classic, will shortly introduce the
EZY SlimTop Smart, a one-inch wide, seven inch tall and six inch deep,
580 gramme computer.

"In February this year, we set up Sri Lanka's first ever state of the
art automated computer manufacturing facility with a promise to provide
quality computers at an affordable price.
In less than a year we are introducing to the market two unique
computers, the EZY SlimTop Classic which was launched in August this
year and the one-inch EZY SlimTop Smart which will be out in January
2010", said Chief Executive Officer, EZY Infotech Sri Lanka, Shafraz
Hamzadeen.
Hamzadeen said that the key features of the SlimTop Smart were its
weight, size and unique design which made it even smaller than a laptop.
"You could even put it in your handbag and carry it around". He said
that there was no compromise in its features - consumed less power and
was the ideal computer.
"It saves space, looks good, and is ideal for both home as well as
office use, whilst being portable as well". Hamzadeen said that the
SlimTop Smart had absolutely no competitor in the market. "This will be
the smartest computer in the market and its just one inch wide. It is a
phenomenal design and you would be amazed at how small it is". According
to Hamzadeen, the days of over powered computers are long gone, with the
modern user looking for space saving, light weight and economical
products with adequate performance levels.
"This is the reason that every computer manufacturer today has been
forced to rethink and relook at market penetration strategies and
realign their products to suit consumer needs.
