Kingswood boxing champs

Kingswood College, Kandy won the team championship and the youth boxing championship at the all island inter-school youth boxing tourney held at the Veyangoda Central College boxing ring recently and won the Army Commander Jagath Jayasuriya Challenge Shield. This meet was organized by the Amateur Boxing Association of Sri Lanka.

Kingswood collected 33 points to win the team championship and Vidyarathana Pirivena, Horana became runners-up collecting 29 points, Veyangoda Central College third with 18 points, Royal College, Colombo fourth with 13 points and Dharmaraja, Kandy fifth with 11 points.
