Sports Fiesta a success

The ninth Annual Sports Fiesta organized by the Industrial Security Foundation (Sri Lanka) Inc. was held at the Shalika Ground, Narahenpita recently.

The six-a-side cricket and netball tournaments of the Sports Fiesta saw as many as 23 teams from security companies and government institutions take part.

The Chief Guest at the event was the Additional Secretary, Civil Security Division, Ministry of Defence, Jagath Wijeweera.

The joint winners of the cricket tournament were Dilco Security and Investigations (Pvt) Ltd. Kathik Security and Investigations (Pvt) Ltd. The joint runners-up were Venture Security Services (Pvt) Ltd., Venture Lions and Venture Platoons.

The Netball tournament saw Ceylinco-Cisco Security Transport and Allied Services (Pvt) Ltd as the winners and AB Securitas (Pvt) Ltd. as the runners-up.
