IPM teams up with SLAF

The Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (IPMSL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) recently at the Air Force Headquarters in Colombo.

The MoU was signed by the Commander of the Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Roshan Goonetileke and the SLAF was further represented by Air Commodore Rohitha Ranasinghe - Director Welfare and Air Commodore A. M. De Zoysa, Director Training SLAF.

The Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (IPMSL) was represented by IPM President Lalith Wijetunge with CEO Dyan Seneviratne, CEO and Director of Studies Kusum Salgado.

This MoU was initiated specifically as a CSR project of the IPMSL and aimed exclusively for Air Force Personnel who are on leave prior to early retirement. This would enable them to be equipped with salable skills and relevant knowledge required for gainful employment and/or launching their own business.
