Guard nabbed with ganja in prison

A prison guard with 20 packets of ganja weighing two grams each was nabbed inside the Anuradhapura prison on Sunday, police said.

Meanwhile, the Southern Province Crime Investigation Unit arrested a person with two grams heroin in his possession in Gintota on Sunday. The person aged 26 is said to be a resident of Maligawatte, Colombo, police said.
