Capital Reach Leasing - Itumina Savings

“I believe that thrift is essential to well-ordered living.” - John D. Rockefeller, We can benefit from this advice. Saving a part of what is earned, even a small part, is one way to build your wealth.

World thrift day focuses on the importance of saving to lead a healthy life. This is a good opportunity to review the beneficial saving products in the market today. “Itumina”, the Investment Savings account of Capital Reach Leasing PLC. is such a product.

It’s a product that makes savings a routine and easy activity. Not only does it fulfil ones dreams by providing an easy way to build a saving fund for essentials in life, as higher education, a home and a pension for retirement, it does so with minimum pressure on your earnings.

Itumina has been designed to encourage monthly savings over a specified period. The monthly interest is added on a compound interest basis.

Capital Reach Itumina savings allows the depositor to save and systematically build their capital and earn interest above average rates. Itumina Savings does not burden them with minimum balance requirements. The saving per month is determined by the client and can be as low as Rs. 500.

Itumina, can be described as a retirement plan as well. Today retirement has become a vital fact that everyone must plan for. The importance of having a retirement plan cannot be emphasized enough. Today, the life span of an average person has increased by five to seven years compared to a decade ago.

This stresses the importance of planning your “savings”; i.e. the amount of savings that you will have at the end of the employment. A product such as Itumina can lead the way to a secure retirement.

Often people tend to postpone savings over more urgent day-to-day matters without realizing that time is often the worst enemy, when it comes to “savings”; that essential future security.

The age at which you start saving can make a huge difference in the quality of life you can expect at retirement. The difference in the amount you can save if you had started saving at 20 years of age and if you had started five years later can be as great as 50 percent. Five years, delay can reduce your savings by 50 percent.

If you save Rs 1,000 at the age of 20, 40 years later at retirement you would have built a savings fund of approximately over Rs. 10 mn and if you start at the age of 25, in 35 years, you would have a fund of approximately Rs 5. mn.

One special benefit of the Itumina Savings account is, that you can obtain a loan worth five times your savings after the fifth year. On the other hand Itumina customers are entitled to flexible interest rates of leasing and hire purchase which they obtain from Capital Reach Leasing PLC.

Safeguard Adult - Diapers

While the topic of adult diapers is a delicate issue, one that many of us would rather not consider, the fact is that adult diapers - or briefs - is an incredidble product that offers convenience for both patients and care givers and is becoming increasingly common not only amongst the elderly but anyone who suffers from medical conditions that restrict their freedom with regard to using the washroom independantly.

Incontinence is a subject that is not often talked about, however it is very common.

Millions of people suffer from this problem. Those who experience incontinence and other conditions which prevents control of their bladder movements, make use of Adult Diapers.

In addition to beind used for incontinence, Adult Diapers are also used by people who are physically and mentally challenged. Adult Diapers are also know as adult briefs or fitted briefs. They are made up of many layers of either cloth or towel fabric, or a similar material that absorbs liquid.

While adult diapers are made in various forms, including those resembling traditional child diapers, underpants, and pads resembling sanitary napkins (known as incontinence pads), Adult Diapers are a cross between the traditional diapers and underpants for ultimate convenience and comfort.

The benefits of an adult diaper is seldom discussed. Once understood, patients, especially the elderly will recognise the product for the benefits of independence, specially hygiene and comfort the product offers.
