Honduran coupists’ delay tactics continue
The Honduran National Congress has yet to define a date to restitute
of Manuel Zelaya as President, a stance that popular leaders describe as
a delay by local coupists.

demand the restitution of Manuel Zelaya.
Almost a week away from the agreement to solve the Honduran political
