The Slave Island Club will depend heavily on their main striker Asiri
Lamahewa to deliver the goods as he done during the whole tournament. He
is the leading scorer for his side with seven goals under his belt.
Meanwhile his opposite number Punsara Senanayake too has played a vital
role for his Kalutara Club netting in seven goals and also will try his
best to past Asiri during this game. This game can be considered as
testing time for both these strikers to become the highest goal getter
in this tourney. During the whole tournament 63matches were played on
home and away basis. The referees had a tough time in controlling the
games as they had to use the red card on 15 occasions while the yellow
was shown on 212 instances
The team that plays clean football and the strikers who find the
correct target to put his side in front is sure to go as victors. |
