A drawn game at Moratuwa

St. Sebastians College, Moratuwa drew with St. Aloysious College, Galle in their rain hit inter-school match played at Moratuwa. Sebs in their first essay declared at 127 for 3 with Deshan Dias top scoring with 57 runs. Visitors replied with 150 runs. Amila Aponso returned with five figure of 6 for 57. In their second essay and when the stumps were drawn Sebs were 160 for 5 with Viroshan Alwis unbeaten on 54.

Chief Scores:

St. Sebastians College 127/3 dec. (Deshan Dias 57, Kasun Fernando 46 n/o, Thilina Madushan 2/17) and 160/5 (Niroshan Alwis 54 n/o, Oshada Fernando 38 n/o).

St. Aloysius College 150 (Samith Hiroman 34, Dinushka Marlon 22, Anuk de Alwis 2/35, Samitha de Mel 2/16, Amila Aponso 6/57).
