Two nabbed with sea cucumber

Kalpitiya Police on Saturday took into custody two persons transporting 750 Kgs of smuggled sea cucumber from India, valued at over Rs. 2 million.

According to Police Spokesman Senior DIG Nimal Mediwake dried sea cucumber are a high priced exotic food in certain tourist hotels.
