The 1983 cricket team led by Chapa Weeraratne won the 6th annual
six-a-side Cricket tournament organised by the Dharmaraja College
Cricket Foundation held at the Lakeview Grounds recently.

22 teams participated and in the semi-finals Chapa Weeraratne's 1983
team beat Kegalle branch to enter the finals and in the other
semi-finals 1971 team led by Ranjith Herath beat Anurahdapura Branch to
enter the finals.
Final Match scores: Chapa Weeraratne's team 60 for 3 in 5 overs.
