All Stars meet Army

Dialog Champions League:

The Dialog Champions League soccer will be launched today at the City Football League ground Slave Island at 3.30 p.m.

As part of the launching ceremony and exhibition game is scheduled to play between an All Stars team and Sri Lanka Army.

The All Stars XI will be led by Sri Lanka's national skipper Chathura Maduranga while the Army team will be skippered by K. Priyankara. The Dialog Champions Trophy proper will commence on September 5.

The sponsors of Dialog Champions League have come forward to give away Rs. 75,000 and Rs. 50,000 respectively to the teams that play today's exhibition match.
