'Watch Guard Family' sets up 'LankAssist'

A leading company in the field of security and hospitality industry,
"Watch Guard Family" set up a new company "LankAssist" to take orders
through the internet for an array of services and goods in Sri Lanka.

The new company's website www.lankassist.com was launched by the
chief guest Prof. Dayantha Wijesekera at the Galle Face Hotel on
Saturday. Prof. Wijesekera said that there was a time that people had to
wait for hours to get a trunk call within the country but the advanced
technology has transformed everything and a website will be helpful for
the clients.
CEO, LankAssist Clarence Welikala said that the concept was mainly
designed to accommodate the demand of Sri Lankans living here and
globally to obtain a very personalized service covering a wide range of
day to day requirements like a loving neighbour next door.
He said that the areas covered by LankAssist includes services in 12
categories. They are medical and family, security and protection,
personal services, event management, financial services property
management, services for diplomats, sending gifts, pet and animal care,
legal, religious, and vacation services. |
