Sethsiripaya to house all State offices by 2011

The Urban Development Authority said they have already started the second phase of the Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte administrative city project.

"We hope to complete this project before the end of 2011, Director General of the Urban development Authority," Prasanna Silva said.

"The aim of this project is establish all Government Departments, Boards, Authorities and Corporations in one administrative place. So this new administrative complex will be established in Sethsiripaya," Silva said.

"This new project will help people to get their services fast and save money and time," Director General said. The Colombo city will be used for commercial purposes.
