Build bridges within communities

Win over world opinion, defeat the terrorists, without losing the honour the President and the other main political figures need to step up and quickly too, to present the Sri Lanka's point of view of harmony among the population, in much more effective platforms and forceful means, targeted at the global audience, specifically directed at the Western Politicians and the western media, to counter the false propaganda by the Tamil Diaspora with the 'strong backing' of the Tamil terrorists organisation.

Victory will be a monumental result, where for the past three decades, successive Presidents chose to pussyfoot and dance with the terrorist wolves. To achieve this gain in the face of mounting international pressure, will be outstanding, as no other country could match the total eradication of an entrenched band of totalitarian terrorist brigands, murderers, even after this length of time.

It is very important and necessary to build 'bridges' with the Tamil population, starting now, taking great steps to deal with their grievances and heal wounds. Whilst all resources must be employed soon after to ensure that this terrorist menace to life and limb does not raise its ugly head in the same or any other form in Sri Lanka. Be very aware that the dying animal may have a sting.

Anything is possible and the Government needs to take every action and precaution to prevent the hijacking of the terrorist leaders by an external force.

To win the war is good, to have lasting peace is even better and greater.
