New Tariff for Container Depot Operators

The Director General of Merchant Shipping has posted the new Minimum Recommended Tariff for the services rendered by Container Depot Operators following the directives given by the Supreme Court.

The new Tariff will be effective from April 15, 2009, a media release issued by the Ports and Aviation Ministry said.

The Ceylon Association of Ship's Agents (CASA), the Association of Container Depot Operators (ACDO) and Sri Lanka Association of Vessel Operators (SLAVO) have been informed accordingly.
