SSP shot dead

The Deputy Director of the Police Training College in Kalladi, Batticaloa, Senior Superintendent of Police, H.C. Jamaldeen was shot dead by unidentified gunmen last evening when he travelling in a motorbike along with his daughter, Police said last evening.

He has been shot at around 6.45 p.m. at Marathamunai in the Kalmunai Police Division. Kalmunai Police are conducting investigations.
